Our EU Responsible Person service is offered on an annual contract basis. Packages are based on the number of product families that share the same safety and manufacturing profile. Electronics, toys, cosmetics, childcare products and other high-risk products subject to specific legislation are assessed separately.

Products that share the same intended use, material structure, basic design, manufacturing method and safety risks can be assessed under a single product family.
For example, variants of the same model that differ only in colour or size are generally counted as a single product family if their safety and manufacturing profiles do not change.
Products with a different intended use, material, electrical property, age group, safety risk or specific regulatory scope are assessed as separate product families.

Products, reviews or official authority communications beyond your package scope are offered separately at the rates below.
Applies to each additional product family that exceeds the package limit and shares the same low-risk and manufacturing profile as your package.
Applies to checks beyond the number included in your package. One revision is included. Covers the product label, packaging information and the mandatory information on the online product page.
Beyond the free initial risk analysis included in the packages; covers a formal, detailed review of technical documents, test reports, product information and the risk assessment from a GPSR perspective.
High-risk products or products subject to specific legislation are quoted separately.

"24 hours" does not mean a guaranteed service start; it means your files are taken into review as a priority and the onboarding process is initiated.

Ongoing work depending on the scope of the case is priced hourly or by custom quote.
For toys, childcare products, electronic products, cosmetics, personal protective equipment, medical products and other products subject to specific EU legislation, the standard package prices do not apply. For these products, a custom quote is prepared after reviewing the test reports, CE requirements, technical file scope and the product's risk level.
Assess My ProductPrices are annual and exclude VAT. The packages are prepared for low-risk general consumer products within the scope of the GPSR. The product's risk level, specific regulatory scope, state of technical documentation, number of brands and the required scope of work may affect the final price. The service begins once the contract is signed and the required documents are submitted in full.
The Responsible Person service is not a certificate that a product is automatically safe or compliant with all legislation. The manufacturer remains responsible for product safety and the accuracy of the information provided.

How much does the Responsible Person service cost?
For low-risk products, our annual packages start at €249. The Starter package covers up to 1, Business up to 5 and Growth up to 20 low-risk product families. For wider product portfolios, our Enterprise package is prepared individually starting from €1,650. Every package includes a free GPSR course, a free initial risk analysis, unlimited SKUs, coverage for all EU countries and multilingual support. Electronics, toys, cosmetics, childcare products and other products subject to specific legislation may be assessed separately for technical documentation and risk scope. All package prices are annual and exclude VAT.
How is a product family calculated?
Products that share the same intended use, material, basic design, manufacturing method and safety risk count as a single product family. If you are not sure how many product families you have, share your product list with us and we will determine it together.
Are colour and size variants counted as separate products?
No. Variants that differ only in colour or size and whose safety and manufacturing profile does not change are generally assessed within a single product family. There is also no limit on SKUs (number of products) in any package.
What happens if I exceed the package limit?
If you exceed your package's product-family limit, each additional product family is added at €79/year, or you can move up to a higher package. We always guide you to the most suitable option.
Why are high-risk products priced separately?
Products subject to specific EU legislation — such as toys, electronics, cosmetics and childcare products — require a more extensive technical file, test reports and risk review. For this reason, a product-specific quote is prepared instead of the standard package.
How does authority communication support work?
Every package includes 1 free correspondence with market surveillance authorities. Further communication is carried out at €125/hour, with your prior approval and on a time-logged basis.
How is Chinese support provided?
Turkish, German and English support is provided directly. Chinese support is provided via simultaneous interpretation over Microsoft Teams and is included in all packages.
How long is the contract?
The service is based on an annual contract and renews each year. Your technical documents are retained for 10 years as required by law.
Can I upgrade my package during the contract period?
Yes. As your product portfolio grows, you can move up to a higher package during the term; the difference is calculated pro rata for the remaining period.
